Outcomes (side 4)
The project has reinforced and provided some evidence for the partners’ belief in the capability of public libraries to support the assisted digital agenda, and
at the same time has provided an opportunity to demonstrate the levels of trust that citizens put in information accessed through libraries, mediated by library
staff. The user surveys undertaken as part of this evaluation have shown that customers value the resources offered, find them helpful and relevant to their
lives, and welcome the support offered by library staff.
